Admin cum Account Clerk

We are looking for an admin cum account clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & raise sales tax invoice I credit memo
  • Prepare & issuing cheque
  • Preparing & submission of GST report
  • Maintain I Assist full set of accounts
  • Preparing accounts schedule
  • Assist in other finance I accounting functions when necessary
  • Pay Roll / General Ledger
  • Electronic filling of employee income tax

Requirements:

  • Min GCE O level I or higher Nitec in accounts related discipline
  • Familiar with Quick Book, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • At lease 1 – 2 years of relevant experiences in basic accounting
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin as to liase with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Singaporean Only
